Aztec serves Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona.
We are most active along the borderlands and the rural communities of the Permian Basin/
Trans-Pecos region.
In 2006, Frank Spencer III had no capital, no experience,
no idea where to begin.
All he had was a strong calling to continue the family legacy of building in the Trans-Pecos region. That same year, Frank revived Aztec Contractors, a dormant company pioneered by his father in 1983 in Pecos, Texas. Today, Aztec is an award-winning builder known for its disciplined construction of multimillion-dollar federal and commercial projects in El Paso and beyond.
