In 2006, Frank began Aztec Contractors in El paso with neither capital nor construction experience. All he had was an unshakeable calling to build legacies across the Southwest and beyond. Today, Aztec is a multi-million dollar company with over 16 awards—including 2 from his beloved alma mater, Texas A&M.

Nancy Camarena

Director of Business Development

Camarena, pivotal to procuring work across the country, is living proof of Aztec's vow to help trailblazers rise the ranks. She began as an office manager in 2016 and now runs the Business Development & Marketing Department. She also actively volunteers at the Society of American Military Engineers - El Paso & Albuquerque Post.

Mayra Jimenez

Accounting Manager

Jimenez is the former president of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) El Paso Chapter. She credits Aztec for pushing her to leave her comfort zone, step into a leadership role, and give back to the community. CFMA El Paso has won 2 international awards during her presidency.
